Molino di Ferro «polenta» is made with a very natural, excellent and uniquely flavoured cornmeal milled from corn that has been rigorously selected and prepared.
The cornmeal is pre- steam cooked for an instant “polenta” which takes just 1 minute to prepare, unlike other similar products which are partially pre-cooked.
The special production technologies and rigorous selection of corn used mean that our «polenta» is just like a traditional «polenta», yet even better!
A more intense product drying process (10% humidity rather than 15%) achieved by pre-cooking the cornmeal provides better results compared to plain, uncooked meal.
