Molino di Ferro produces a complete range of pasta using just cornmeal under the “Le Veneziane” brand: “pipe rigate”, “gnocchi”, “eliche”, “mezze penne”, “pennette” and “tubetti rigati”, “cappellini”, “tagliatelle” and “fettucce”, as well as different sizes of traditional spaghetti to serve with Italian sauces and flavourings for a great and unique taste. “Le Veneziane” pasta is extremely easy to digest and rich in natural carotenes (provitamin A) which give it its characteristic golden yellow colour.
